Quick, knowledgeable, and kind. Used my home warranty through 2-10 and Durbin plumbing expedited my service even though the warranty company was hard to deal with. Woke up to a leaking water heater and Durbin was there to diagnose it the next morning. As soon as the warranty company approved the replacement Durbin was there to replace the water heater the next morning. Doug was great and very knowledgeable! They are local, family owned and operated. Tina did wonderful at booking me for my water heater replacement. She has excellent customer service and communication. I will also receive a $100 gas gift card for purchasing a water heater with them, I look forward to getting that gas gift card. Josh the plumber was on time and did excellent work. He got me the water heater I ask for and he installed it the same day. They understood my situation and They were able to work their scheduled to come see me the same day. I will definitely have them on my contacts for my next plumbing needs. I also want to add that I did try Lowes hardware store and at least 7 other local plumbers and no one got back to me. As far as Lowes hardware it was impossible trying to get some help inside the store. All the employees hide and avoid customers. So don't waste your time and energy with other places. Tina and Doug were wonderful. Doug did a great job moving and replacing our water heater in our older basement. I will always call them for my plumbing needs for now on. We're getting our basement waterproofed so I had to remove a really old toilet and two sinks as well. Doug knocked all this out in no time at all.

I love supporting locally owned small businesses, but being newer to Louisville I had to rely on contacting our home warranty for house issues - they put us in touch with Durbin Plumbing and I will continue to support them. My husband was out of town, I had a full day ahead with kids, work, etc. when I noticed water on the floor of my bathroom. I had no time to investigate so I just put in a claim. When Doug with Durbin called me he knew exactly what was happening with the barely any information and told me something to try - ended up all I had to do was tighten one bolt on the back of my toilet.
